Helpful Patent Scholarship

Do you know of an article that you think would be helpful in a pending patent case? The Green Bag has created a "Helpful Scholarship" site for law professors to suggest scholarship that might be helpful in pending Supreme Court cases (see summary on PrawfsBlawg), and I would like to similarly highlight scholarship that might be helpful in pending patent cases.

How do you learn about pending patent cases? For the most prominent ones, you can check Hal Wegner's Top Ten Patent Cases (most recently updated 9/4/12). To see all new Federal Circuit appeals, you can check the court's CM/ECF site. You will also sometimes see discussions of new cases on PatentlyO and other patent blogs.

If you have written or know of an article that you think would be helpful, just send it to me (lisa.ouellette@aya.yale.edu) with a short explanation of which case you think it would be helpful for, and I'll be happy to discuss it on Written Description.
